MEDIET4ALL survey

The MEDIET4ALL electronic survey is designed by a steering group of multidisciplinary scientists and academics (i.e., nutrition, movement, psychology, sociology) at the JGU, Mainz and reviewed and edited by all MEDIET4ALL PRIMA-EU project's partners. The estimated duration of the survey completion is 15-20 min and this survey helps measure you adherence to the healthy Mediterranean diet (MEDIET), understands MED consumer behaviours, preferences and barriers to adopting MEDIET and determine factors (gender, age, socio-demographic, cultural …) influencing the MEDIET adherence.

Data Privacy and consent of participation

Participation in this survey serves as a voluntary confirmation to take part in the study. We assure that all data will be used solely for research purposes, and responses will remain anonymous and confidential according to the privacy policy of SoSci Survey, hosted on JGU services, aligning with the Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG) and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) in the European Union.
Participants are not required to disclose their names or personal contact information. We encourage children above the age of ten to complete the questionnaire, with the assistance of parent(s)/guardian(s), to ensure the accuracy of responses.
Participants have the right to withdraw at any time without the need for explanations. If a participant chooses to withdraw at any stage of the survey, their responses will not be recorded, and there will be no negative impact.
Your participation in this survey contributes to scientific research and aids in the development of innovative solutions and awareness initiatives, fostering a positive transition toward a healthy and sustainable dietary system.
